4 How we use data

  • • Provide & maintain the Service (account creation, authentication, AI processing).
  • • Improve models through aggregated analytics and fine‑tuning; we do not train public models on your identifiable data.
  • • Communicate (support replies, service notices, marketing – only with consent).
  • • Security & fraud prevention (rate limiting, anomaly detection, SOC 2 controls).
  • • Legal compliance (tax, accounting, court orders).

5 Automated decision‑making & profiling

Lisa uses large‑language models to generate responses in real time. Outputs are probabilistic; we monitor for bias and employ human‑in‑the‑loop reviews for high‑risk workflows. You may request human intervention and express your point of view (Art. 22 GDPR).

6 Sharing of data

We share personal data only when necessary:

  • • Sub‑processors (cloud hosting, telephony carriers, e‑mail/SMS gateways, analytics, payment providers) under DPAs & SCCs.
  • • Business transfers (merger, acquisition) with notice.
  • • Legal authorities when legally required.

We never sell your personal information.

7 International transfers

Servers are currently in the United States and Germany. Transfers from the EEA/UK are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical measures (end‑to‑end encryption, zero‑trust network).

8 Data retention

  • • Account data – retained while you have an account plus seven (7) years for bookkeeping.
  • • Conversation and call media – default 90 days; configurable per customer (7–365 days); deleted or anonymised thereafter.
  • • Logs & telemetry – 30 days unless needed for security investigations.

9 Your rights

GDPR/UK GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, automated‑decision challenge.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, opt‑out of "sharing", limit use of sensitive data.

10 Children

Lisa is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly process children's data.

12 Changes
